Man, I wish I was that organized!
Only problem is when you keep it all separate like that, you'll know when you're done! And then what will you do? Plus, you don't get the thrill of finding a rare part you forgot you had--right after paying a premium for another one...which gives you an excuse to build another rifle...if you can just find more parts... Still, if you're willing to accept those shortcomings, it's a nice pre-collection! |

Still, if you're willing to accept those shortcomings, it's a nice pre-collection! I'll second this. My gun room (it also happens to be my bedroom) looks like the site of a recent hurricane. I've got some new shelves and picked up some plastic totes, now I'm pulling everything out of boxes and closets and trying to organize it in the totes so I can store them on the shelves. |

WOW! This is exactly what im planning to do as well! Glad to see someone is moving right along. Im very impressed and drooling. I mean come on! Even the Fireing port weapon! Gah! This is incredable. I hope I can do half of what you are doing. Thank you sir, when you build a rifle as heavy and useless as The port firing weapon, you know you have submitted to This illness . I do want braceman to make me a ball mount for it. If he does I'm going to make a fake hummer door to screw it out Of, with a porthole. It should be shot the way it was intended |

The 656 is gonna be awsome. I hope you do that one first and post pics. Lots and lots of pics. I'm not sure how soon it will get done, but this model is my holy grail. So I'm pretty thrilled brace decided to take it on. It will be retro on the inside but new on the inside. I'm planning on a green mountain match a2 barrel, Young match bolt and carrier, two stage armalite trigger And possibly a piston system The scope is the hard part |

I considered showing this thread to my beloved the next time she asks "How many ARs do you need?" But then she might try to limit me to just that many.
Nice parts organization. I'm looking forward to the completed projects thread. David Ya I'm not sure my wife knows what is really going on, Little part here and there, she doesn't mind, She doesn't know the big picture, if she did it would be my Butt |

All I can say is Wow. How long have you been at this gathering of the parts? Not long, I think I've been on arfcom for two years ? I came here to buy modern parts, found the forum ,,, And that was it I actually only wanted to build a free models, and then it just snowballed. I also sold half the guns I had to pay for it, Guess I went with quality over quantity |

Very nice collection you've started Aaron. There's a few in there that I'm missing. I'll have to share this with Santa so (she) knows what I want for Christmas! ETA: Who makes the nice/simple storage boxes you're using? Thank you sir, Santa needs to help, I need all I can get. Those boxes are basic rubbermaids from Wal mart. They work great but won't hold barrels, Eventually I want to get more of lrrpf52 build boxes |

![]() We're not worthy! Wow, that is cool and depressing at the same time. It has been fun doing them over time though since I get a chance to finish and fire one regularly. The engravings rock dude! Keeps the pics coming!Thank you, it is depression when I think about how long it will take to get them done, Best guess I'm not even half way. |

Dude, you do indeed have the hookup for receiver engraving, don't you?! That's all braceman ( John brace) I pretty much committed to the 80% Route for most all of them, even though I have never milled one Nor do I have the tools ![]() at this point in time, it's probably cheaper to buy a mill and get setup for anodizing with as much as you have going on. |

Holliger is only running about 16 or 18 weeks. Plenty of time. Just kidding, of course. Is the base upper a mule or will you be machining off the brass deflector, or doing something else? That project is fascinating. |

Holy too many builds Batman!!!! Dude, you got it bad. Can't wait to see updates on all the builds as they progress, you've clearly got most of the critical parts secured. Well done on the planning and organization too. I won't lie, I'm a little lot jealous. You are partially responsible, I had to start a whole new build Just because of you're bushing! |

Forgot to ask Trimdad, where'd you get your prototype flash hider(s)? I'm waiting to hear back from someone on RBR who said he was making a batch but I haven't heard anything yet. Well the original one I ordered from 45bravo, but after A year of waiting I have up. The one in the picture came from cycletech, it's nice and He is good to deal with. If he can't help ya, send a pic to braceman Or John Thomas might. E making some? |

I've got a buddy who fixes helicopters for the border portal He has the machines, I am going to buy a sandblaster To start prepping the parts for John t. Ive been a woodworker for 20 years but messing with metal, Especially gun parts makes me nervous |
