| U.S. Anodizing lists two shades of gray type III anodizing. Early gray, XM16, M16 and pre-ban gray, SP1, M16A1. Which one is the correct gray to match the gray that NoDak uses? |

I just had Victor do a couple of in the white Nodak lowers for me, and he recommended for the best color match to send in the stripped (w/o barrel anyway) upper for the best color match. This is the way I went, since both of my Colt parts kits were different years of manufacture and slightly different shades of grey. And I couldn't be happier with the results, Victor did an amazing job! They look like they were all anodized at the same time! +100 for Victor and the crew at US Anodizing! Ruckus |
