I have not had any engraved, but I think most everyone here recommends & has theirs done by Ident Markings.

) I plan on sending it in for multiple engravings, including SBR work. Guess while I'm waiting for Nodak to get lowers back in stock I'll get a trust set up.
Haven't done a 601 yet, but I just got my Hydramatic 603 80% lower engraved and reprofiled to A1 by braceman. It turned out awesome. Still need to mill the FCG and get her anodized. Here's a few pics of the work.
I'm sure braceman would work with you on a 601, if you want to go the 80% route. His work is outstanding with super fast turn around. |

His work is outstanding with super fast turn around. That looks excellent. The displaced metal around the stampings looks a lot more authentic than engraving does. |
