Will a M16 full auto trigger work in a xm16e1 without any problems?

Just LE problems. You need to weld up the end of it. Somewhere I have a pic of FA vs. SA parts - I'll see if I can find it.

Yes, works fine.
As long as you don't have a full auto disconnector in your rifle you should be fine.

I would just offer it up for trade on the EE. Straight trade for a semi auto equivilant.
