Any one know how the EA aluminum stocks stack up next to the M&A Fiber stocks in:
1. Fit to the receiver extension 2. weight 3. durability 4. "authentic look" I have a cheap (Free) aluminum profile fiber stock on a Israeli "653" project. I'm looking for some thing more "quality". I figure being an Israeli clone I have a little more leeway than if it were a flat out Colt clone. If I went with the EA Aluminum would I be better off going with the Colt fiberlight from Sarco? |

I'm having a little trouble finding the right stock for my Retro carbine build as well. I have bought the Colt fiberite stock, a commercial version of the aluminum stock but it is plastic without the middle ribs. I'm thinking of either finding an EA aluminum stock, the Colt stock with four position tube from Sarco or one from Tony's custom gun sit.
This one maybe: http://www.tonyscustomuppers.com/cart/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=78 I hope someone has bought one these to let us know how they look and function. |

I and one of the other guys had a go at ordering these(Tony's) late last year. Didn't happen. Out of Stock. As a matter of fact it still shows pending in my account detail. The EE is your best bet. There is a coated 2 pos on there right now I do believe. Goofy latch attachment but otherwise nice "been there" look to it. |
