Some retro stuff I've picked up over the years.  Sorry I have to post a link as opposed to photos.

Thanks  I'm as old as most of this stuff, so these here computers are still a bit difficult for me to get the grasp of.  I remember having to type in hundreds of lines of code for a simple program

Nice collection and displays.  The Security Police badge must be real early in their history.  I've never seen them with colored crest, only the all pewter ones.  Any idea on the date?

I believe it was around 1957 when the Air Police shield was designed with the blue and white inlay. My first shield was  an Air Police shield and made of sterling silver. I went in in 1971.

Very fine collection and nicely displayed as well. I especially like to see those with a broad "retro" interest that enjoy and appreciate weapons and accoutrements from different eras and nations. I'm also one of those guys who would collect it all if the budget would allow but still can't narrow the search closer than about 1900-2000. Thanks for posting.

Thanks guys. The $100 bill is a 1934 Federal Reserve note. The MP44 has actually an original 1945 receiver. Late war modifications and bonderized (phosphate) finish.  Contracter is Limbacher (maker code simply "m").  All of the weapons work and are transferable. Wish I had started colecting in the 1970's instead of the 1980's.

That's only one of my AR's. Was a VN themed display. Had more Colt M16 and AR's over the years than I can remember as well as a xferable unfired Port AR10 and an AR18 (ex caused the sale of most of them). Got a brown AR7 and a few more AR/M16's somewhere around here.

The Air Police badge is late '50's/ early '60's vintage. The Special Forces VN phrase book is from early 1960's. Recently, picked up a ca. 1966 ARVN officer's ID card which will look really cool next time I set up.

A lover of all things ArmaLite might want this (not mine):
ebay auction of Pegasus tool tag

Seriously, an AR10 needs to live in your collection.
