I don't seen any FA's on the carbines in the arms room pic. Looks like five 610's on the left and the rest 630's in the bottom row. Air Force arms room?

Yes. Udorn Air Base Thailand during Vietnam. Probably the K-9 or PJ's arms room.

The parts of the racks that make contact with the rifles are rubber coated...no metal on metal
