I need to vent!!!!  I ordered a few small parts from Sarco almost a month ago, finally got the package today in the mail. Instead of what I ordered I got a modern port door that was bent, no C clip for it that i ordered, the teardrop forward assist was missing and say's discontinued and no refund on the money for it and a freight charge of $28.60 while the postage meter stamp say it cost only $1.73 to mail it to my p.o. box!!!!!
So, besides calling them tomorrow and yelling on the phone at the poor custmer service folks does anyone have any rational idea's? This is seriously starting to piss me off trying to find the parts I need to complete these 2 projects. |

Its hit and miss with Sarco. If you order AR parts, you gotta ask to speak to EARL. He will tell you if whatever you are looking for is in stock or not. He is also the guy to ask if Sarco had or is expecting anything new or 'cool' comming in.
Earl is a good guy; he has never done me 'wrong'. The rest of those fuckers can KMA

Several years ago,Sarco advertized in the Shotgun News that they had 9mm Colt Government Model magazines by Pachmayr.
I called to find out if the mags were in stock and was told yes. I sent them a MO for 4 mags and after 6 weeks with no communication,I called to find out what the problem was. I was told that the mags had not come in yet and they had no idea when they would come in. I requested a refund and 6 weeks later,they sent my MO back to me. I signed their name to the MO and cashed it. I was out $5 for the MO and 3 months wasted time. After that,no more Sarco orders for me. |
