[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need A1 upper

Where can I find an A1 upper. I want to change my A3 to the A1. I would like one with M4 feedramps since the lightweight barrel I have has the M4 extension.

There was an A1 with feedramps on either EE or GB within the last week or so.I don't remember which one,but definately within the last week.
ETA if it was GB I found it by typing "colt upper" for the search.

FWIW, an M4 extension will work fine with a regular receiver - the problem lies with using a receiver with M4 ramps and a regular barrel extension. I'd haunt the EE myself, or check out the NDS 'Blems' sale if you don't need optics on the carry handle or are willing to modify a mount to fit. I'm sure there are people out there who can modify an upper reciever to M4 specs, but I personally wouldn't do it with a vintage upper. With an NDS upper, do whatever you want - it's a new part!
