[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gun rack patterns?

I was planning on buying one of the USGI surplus racks until I got laid off - bow I am organizing my gun closet and need a rack. Can anyone point me to a good rack design I can make myself to store various retro rifles? AR-15, SKS, Mosin, Enfield, Mauser...my illness knows no bounds. Well, just financial ones. Anyway, I'm broke and unemployed, so I figure this is the time to get my shit together. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I figured the retro guys would know better the kind of rack I'm looking to build. Any links to some good designs/patterns is really all I need.

Great site! I think I may do one of those A-frames. It would be great for the misc stuff that doesn't fit in the safes or on the USGI rack.
