I have an unmarked, narrow-band chrome bolt (which I would have to assume is very early) with an interesting chrome extractor. Compared to other later chrome bolts I have, the "lug" on this one is cut square instead of angled at the rear. Here it is compared to an extractor from a 'p' marked chrome bolt:
