Ready for the turbo Honda Four...??? Was this an abandoned project or something you started..? Here's some good pictures. http://www.bd5.com/bd01001.htm Tirediron Someone started it, then sold it to another person who did have time to work on it and needed to clear their garage so I got it for free. A Cobra would be much cooler, but that rig is pretty sick. No doubt, but I got this for free. Quoted:
Has anyone here built a 608? I think some one is working on one. Quoted:
Is that the jet or prop model? Prop Model. |

I have no I idea...
I MAY build it up, prop it with the wheels of the ground, and then put a BIG flat screen in front of it (or three-F-L-R) and use it for a flight simulator?....Although wiring the gear, flaps, ect to the controller might be troublesome. Now realistically, I will Try to build it as original as possible, with a proper engine if possible, but I WILL NOT be flying it, unless plans in future change, but I dont have a death wish. It will make a nice display... |

I have worked on a couple of these in Colorado. A couple of interesting facts about these is......There are lots of Kits out there that were never even started. I have seen two that were powered by BMW 750 Motorcycle engines, very slow, but they flew. Yours looks like it has the 5.5in stretch for the Honda Four engine. I have seen one mounted on a bearing on a pole and acted as a weathervain....wind indicator at an airport. Did you get all the canopy plastic with it..??
There are two companies that specialize in finishing these and getting them flying. adios TiredIron |

I think I need to make a 608 AR15 now,... Have you decided on a gun case? http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z51/GPDT/608010.jpg IS that the bottom seat? Or does it fit under the seat? I'm not sure I will be able to afford it anyway, after I send the $$$ for all those lower parts anyway,
Freaking A...If I build a 608 it will need a pistol lower... |
