I picked up a colt upper over the weekend. When I chamber a round about one in three does not chamber all the way and is damn near impossible to eject. I cant find any visual signs on the round or by inspecting the the bcg. Anyone got any ideas?

Check the headspace with 5.56 Go/NoGo gauges.  Are you using reloads?  If so, they just might not work in that barrel.  Check the chamber with a good light or borescope for obstructions.
