Anyone have any idea how glossy the green paint should be ( or was originally)?

If the paint I got from KurtVF was accurate, and I think it was, it was very glossy.

My original 601 right handguard is pretty glossy...

What I have here is real glossy too. Just wondering because it seemed to me that the original paint would have been less glossy.
