Could some of you post current sites for retro M16 - CAR15 stuff...

Please include everything from mag pouches, LCE, helmets, mags, bayonets and of course uppers and parts...


What sites are there that show real gear and what to watch for in fakes...

Other than here and "Retro Black Rifle.com" your best bet is  a couple of books called "The Black Rifle", Volumes 1 and 2 by Stevens/Ezell.

Moore Militaria will help with retro Web and LCE EQ.

There may be a few smaller sites springing up as we speak?

Gunny's Surplus has barreled A1 uppers, as well as some other stuff.  The stock bodies they advertise as A1 are really A2, though.
