I am needing a source for A1 triangle HGs, that are really shiny (well used), but not broken. I have tried looking in GB & all I have found are NIW dull HGs. Moore Militaria says all they have are dull HGs. I have even contacted some people that have posted pictures of miss matched furniture(shiny HGs w/dull PG & stock) on rifles to see if they'd be up for a trade, but too no luck.

I have pretty much exhausted my resources. Doe's any one know of somewhere else I can look?

If for some reason this post violates a COC rule please LMK, I will delete it. I do not think it does, cause I am not advertising anything, just looking for parts sources.

 Thanks

What pisses me off is not too long ago the EE was flooded with Retro M16 parts and furniture for sale I passed on some premo stuff. Now that I'm looking to put together an M16 build hardly anything is for sale....

Oh well.

The used ones I've gotten on GB from user "tripwire" have been like that.

Thanks, I'll have to give him a e-mail.

ETA: If I can find one of his auction. To bad you can't search by usernames.

ETA: OK, I found one. Putting it on my watch list for future reference.

I've got 3 sets from him, all in about the same condition.  They start at $15 for the ones without the sling, and $9 for the ones without.  Of course, shipping is $10 or so, but still a deal considering what folks want on the EE now.  I just bid the minimum, and if I'm outbid, wait until the following week when he lists more.  You can do okay if you're not in a hurry, don't get into a bidding war.  If you want a bunch of Hg's, maybe you can shoot him an e-mail and see if he will cut you a deal without the GB fees.  His e-mail is birdcity at ticon.net

ETA: Now, if I can only find some cheap trapdoors for those stock bodies...

I sent him a e-mail asking about his HGs, hopefully he'll just sell me what I want.

His pictures are not very clear, you wouldn't happen to be able to show me a better example of the condition they are in, would you?

I've never been accused of being the sharpest knife in the drawer, so could someone please explain to me how/why someone on ak47.net is selling retro AR parts, and why ak47.net looks just like AR15.COM? Duh, Beel...

And I bet you liked Nutt, too. They look the same because they are the same. One web site with more than one URL that links to it.

Thanks.

The second HG from the top is pretty much what I'm looking for. I have a PG, non-trap door stock, & HGs (but the left one has teeth broken on it) that are just as shiny as the bottom PG, that I'm wanting to install on a mint SP1. I could not live with myself to put HGs on it that have broken teeth.
