Looking for a source for a compact carry handle scope (I'm doing a "delta-style" build, & already have delta cheek piece for A2 stock/A.R.M.S. mount). Would like a scope (4x(?)) correct rings (Stanag / picatinny). Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks. paulfrehley |

This choice is not really tactical, but have you thought about the Burris 4X20 Short Mag Scope and the ARMS #2 M16 Scope Mount ? As for rings, try the Leupold PRW 1" Rings. You would have to find out which height to go with. Bob Kolesar (MSG, USAR, President's 100 shooter) used just such a setup on his issue M16-A2 during his 1st deployment to Iraq in 2004. He had nothing but good things to say about the Burris scope. Furthest kill with his A2 was at a laser measured 705 meters, using M855 ammo. |
