Hello. Can somebody tell me that is this a original setup? Or is this a mix from different age parts? Thanks. http://img236.imageshack.us/img236/5564/25503382fp1.jpg http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/2875/84185515wp8.jpg http://img50.imageshack.us/img50/791/71549565yv1.jpg http://img102.imageshack.us/img102/2889/30163688rp5.jpg http://img50.imageshack.us/img50/7408/85802559ls9.jpg |

Colt upper, yes. Correct ejection port cover and rear sight assembly. If the handguards each have six ventilation holes, they are likely authentic. Any markings on the barrel that you can identify? It appears to have the correct front sight base as well. Moderator is not original nor is the grenade ring. They appear to be welded to the barrel, but I can't tell from the photo. More photos, descriptions of any markings will help. Also a photo of the front of the moderator, looking in. |
Yep height=8
Private seller from a Finnish gun related BBS.
There is six ventilation holes.
Yes, it is welded.
Ok. Ill try to take more pictures tomorrow.
Barrel is approximately 11" and moderator 5". Barrel+moderator total lenght is a bit over 16". In Finland rifle barrels under 40cm≈16" are not forbidden but it is easier to get a license for rifles with barrel lenght over 40cm. |

Looks exactly like what lives at my house---an SP1 carbine with the barrel cut to XM177 length and an aftermarket compensator tacked on Except my comp looks slightly more original because I machined it to the correct dimensions myself. On the other hand yours is a lot more "real" looking than most of the aftermarket stuff sold here in the States. |
