I am not sure if this has been answered before but a search returned nothing. I have an A1 upper receiver with a PM forge code. It came on a PacWest lower. I have regularly seen these uppers with PacWest lowers but was told that PWA did not make uppers. Could some one give me some history on these uppers? Who manufactured them and when? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Capco made A2 convertion kits, not A1 uppers.

Short version is that we really don't know who made those PM A1 uppers.
