Hope this isn't a dupe or old news.

"Hi everybody, NoDak Spud is currently working on manufacturing a new line of semiauto Retro AR lowers. They are being made from scratch, using 7075 forgings,

We do have a small quantity of "off the shelf" lowers from EA that we will use also.

I was going to do the EA ones first, but my delivery of 500 forging arrived sooner than expected.

This will include;

Model 601 (no mag fence or rib)

XM16E1 (single rib/no mag fence)

M16A1

And later, std A2 type.

Prices for the NoDak Spud mfg receivers will be around $160, with quantity discounts from there.

I am looking forward to seeing these....I hope they have plain rollmarks, as it would be nice to have similar marking to early M16, not new CNC machined markings.

He is being quite vigilant in listening to input from potential buyers in regards to markings, fonts, no ghey animals, no fire control markings on right side, small details and variations provided in photographs by Ekie, so it sounds like he is making every effort to make these to satisfy the Retro crowd.

I anticipate seeing the final project. No more hand-filing for me!!!
