I am reading that there were two (2) models of the "Singlepoint" Scope made.......one for rifles with a 16-minute size "dot" (approximately 16" at 100 yards)....and a second for shotguns with a 42-minute size dot (approximately 42" at 100 yards. Were there any markings put on the Singlepoint Scopes to tell the difference ? ....or did they have any different outward appearance/part differences that can be seen to tell the difference between models ?...such as different color plastic caps, or ? Photos of Singlepoint Scopes, markings, and mounts from present owners may help. Regards, RichardS.
