I have a quick question. I would like to purchase this complete 9mm lower from PSA:

Since they are out of stock of the pistol lower, can I simply add a pistol tube or is this s/n dedicated as a long rifle?

Unless it was already built into a complete rifle, no lower by itself is "dedicated" as a rifle.

Some people are comforted by "pistol" written on the side, I guess.

Thanks! I had a feeling but I was just making sure. Only concern I had was the MOE buffer and stock already installed.
