I just went to my local gun store for the first time over the weekend and they had a couple Diamondback AR pistols on the wall. Im going to purchase my first personal use AR very soon and I want it to be a 10 or 10 1/2" barrel pistol. I was planning on getting a RRA but I would rather not deal with the hassle of having it shipped and the possible lead time I would have to wait for the firearm to be shipped.
I came home and looked up some reviews on the DB's and they seem to be mixed. And it seemed as if the full length standard AR's and pistols might be different platforms? Can someone please weigh in there opinions and let me know what they think about these pistols. Much appreciated -Cody |

can't say anything about the diamondback, but iv'e got an 11.5 inch adams arms upper on a pistol aero precision lower and i love it.
another more budget friendly company i've been reading about is radical arms. primary arms is selling full pistols with a sig brace for $599. that is a phenomenal deal to me with a free float quad rail and melonited barrel. that's less for the entire gun then i paid for my upper on sale. https://www.primaryarms.com/Radical_Firearms_10_5_Quad_Rail_M4_AR_Pistol_with_p/rf10.5pistol556.htm http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_122/657912_bought_one_from_primaryarms_com.html |
| I have a DB15 pistol in FDE and really like it. It eats everything but is brutally loud with the factory brake, so I'm going to change it eventually. The FDE coating was also done somewhat poorly, as some interior surfaces didn't get coated all the way. Still, that's a minor gripe. I hope you end up with one! |
