$433.50 for this, not counting the cheap optic on it: or any shipping charges.  All parts purchased new.

Barrel 10.5" heavy stainlless from Classic Arms  $89
Upper AO Precision Blem from CDNN for $39
Upper Parts $15
Barrel Nut $9
Flash Hider $8
Crhsu Washer $1.50
Quad Rail LWRC $89
Gas Tube $15
Low Pro Gas Block $30
Lower Receiver Anderson Arms $60 from local dealer
LPK PSA on sale at CDNN a while back $42
Rock River Pistol Tube and Buffer $36

Building your own AR pistol,   Priceless!]

Even with the $50 Facog I'm still under $500 for the build.  The Sigbrace is going to be the most expensive part of the gun.

Now to see if it works.

Looks great. Never have I seen a better buying environment for ARs and parts, then right now. I paid $475 way back in 1978 from my first AR(20" SP1). Built up my 2nd AR a couple yrs later for $425. Hell, we're at those price levels again, for all intent and purpose. This of course, is a double edged sword. Since its hard to resist getting what one can now, since we all know we're just one mass shooting, election, additional gun control measures, etc from prices and avail going crazy again. Again, good job on the build.

Just an update,

Took it out to the range yesterday.  Batteries went dead in the red dot so I can't speak to accuracy, but it runs great on GA Arms 55 gr reloads.
