Any one had any luck lately getting anything from these guys. I've bought from them before with no problems but
I ordered a 762x39 pistol upper back in Dec 2012 and haven't heard a word from them yet. I did get an order confirmation after I ordered. Nothing since. |

I've seen them at every decent sized gun show down here over the past few months and their table is usually slam full of complete uppers.
Thought I got a pretty good deal on my 300BO upper ($670) so I can't say that they're really gouging at the gun shows instead of filling online orders. It could all be BCG related - they had 20 or so on the table but would not sell one by itself, only with purchase of an upper. |

ordered a 20" barrel in late November 2012, got it in early February 2013.
I did send a few emails in late January, not sure if that helped or not, but two weeks after that I had a barrel. No idea if this is true but I heard that they are contractually obligated to bring inventory to the gun shows, so they get priority over the internet sales

| ive still got my order confirmation saved. if I ever receive it they will be sending a pick up notice. I aint paying for shit. they could have sent me a email from my confirmation saying that products were unavailable and no backorder and I would have been fine with that. im not gonna call,email and waste my time with a company like there's. |
| I purchased a 7.5" pistol upper from them and had numerous issues with it since day one. The upper would not cycle completly,and it failed to extract once I got it to cycle. I have had to replace the extractor, drill the gas port, and replace the buffer tube with a phase 5 buffer tube. After all this work the pistol finally worked as it should have from day one. When I called, and emailed them to explain the issues that I was having with the upper, they ignored my calls and never replied to any emails. This is the second upper I have purchased from them and my last. Customer service should be one of their top priorities and its not. |
| I recieved my order of the 10.25" barrel the other day. They were going to deliver a month ago, however I needed to spend the money on a water heater. They allowed me to push the order out a couple of weeks until my finances were straightened out. I will deffinitly buy from them again in the future. |
| Called them a couple months back when I was starting my pistol build. They told me 8-10 months out, I decided to spend more and build the upper myself. Could'a saved a pile of money ordering with them. Didn't know about the gun show sales, that would have pissed me off. WRT reliability, I've read mostly good things on the bit of research I did on them, a deeper look may have been warranted. They seemed good on the phone, but I know how that goes with the initial calls... |
