[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Single Point Slings

So my parts should all be here by the weekend for my AR pistol. Now I need to get a sling. So what are you guys using for single point slings? I have been looking at the Blackhawk! Storm sling.

Tac-Strap and Magpul MS2 is what I like. Plenty of versatility.

Here's my homemade one with fore ... POST REDACTED because of a legal question. I apologize to the OP, I don't want to hijack your thread. I also respect the opinion of skebe who brought up an issue. Maybe we can take it to another thread.

Here's my homemade single-point sling that I use as a 2-pt. I put my weak-hand thumb through the cinch loop, tighten the main loop across my chest, then grab the fore grip/ mag well.

A WalMart 60"x1" utility strap, a gun show "B POS" blood type tag and plastic clips & sliders from the parts bin.
