I just ordered my pistol upper last week and have only received an order confirmation email from them. They still haven't charged me or anything. And they haven't gotten back to numerous attempted to contact them. So my question is:
How long did you have to wait for your order from them? |

Damn. Well looks like I have to bombard them with emails and calls until I can get ahold of someone to cancel my order. I'll go to gunbroker or here to get one. I really don't feel like waiting until my birthday in Feb for my upper. (although that would be a sweet birthday present |

Them idiots called me up and said your order is processing and the credit card you gave us has expired cause we take so damn long to fill orders. So I give them another one. Today I find out they charged me twice. Dumb Asses! Now I have to call them back again. I would never buy from them again. |

OK I'll admit that my Experience with M1S was not really great. My order took 7 long months and when finally shipped they didn't even include an invoice.
But I have to say that the quality of the parts is good and it worked out of the box with no problems. When I inquired about canceling my order back in May, I was told it was no problem to cancel and they were very polite & friendly. So outside of it taking 3 months longer than promised I got exactly what I ordered for a fair Before the PANIC price. I would not back order from M1S... but I would consider them again once they eventually get caught up. |
