[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which Barrel?

I am almost finished with my pistol build, all that remains is the barrel. I have decided a 7 1/2 will work just fine although a Noveske 10.5 would be the best option, too bad for me I am poor/cheap. I have been looking around and the prices seem to be around 190 for a pistol barrel and then sit and wait. So should I buy a M1Sales (E.R. Shaw I believe) or a DPMS? I have never been a fan of DMPS though, so someone talk me into it our out of it please!

jsesurplus.com has some chrome lined 7.5 barrels coming in. 200 ea. I have always found jse reliable as far as shipping and not charging my card for backordered items.

so how hard is it to assemble an upper?
i dont feel like waiting 5-6 months for M1S to get a complete upper back in stock

just as easy as it is to build a rifle upper, just everything is smaller.. Still no real answer on this thread yet...
