Building a 308 ar. Using palmetto state barrel 14.7 inches. Need a comp that can be pin and welded and controls the recoil. What do you guys recommend?

Here you go. SJC Titan .308 I don't have the .308 one yet do have the .556 one and it is 3 inches long. So I would guess that the .308 is at least 3 inches long or longer and is one of the best to reduce recoil if not the best. Yet it is a loud son of a bitch if you are to the side of it.  And LaRue does have one of the best prices on it and you get Dillo dust and a shit load of swag ordering from them thus why I recommend ordering from them. Plus sight sponsor and all that shit. Swag beats that

Check out Harrell's.

I'd go with a 16 barrel and skip the pin and weld, unless you live in one of those fucked up states... Then I'd consider moving.

I'm currently building a 308, myself. I just opted for a cheap SI King Comp (they're around $35).
