I bought a Radical Fire arms 12.7x42 upper.  First time out I had two issues.  First was the rounds were hitting the bottom of the barrel extension.  The second problem is a failure to extract about 20% of the time.  I modified the feed lips on a magazine and that seems to have fixed the shell diving.  The extraction problem is still there.  I took apart the bolt and looked close at the extractor and could not see any problems.  When I fit the rim of a casing on the extractor the case would get stuck due to the front of the extractor hitting the flared out portion of the case.  Do I need to contact Radical about this or is there a special extractor I can buy to fix the problem?

The extractor on my Alexander Arms .50 Beowulf is slightly different than a standard 7.62 x 39-family  AR15 bolt.

If the mfg can't or won't help, buy one from AA.
