hi guys. i am building a 300 blk on a pistol gas length, 14.5 barrel and will use a silencerco Omega full time.
questions: since i am pin and welding the QD brake, will a standard 300 blk gas block work? since i wont be able to take it off, i want to get the right one. will my regular buffer 4oz. and spring work? anything else from experienced users that you would recommend? tips? tricks? thanks a ton in advance for any help guys. |

It "should". And so should your standard buffer spring and buffer. I know a lot that run the H2 and I think AAC designed theirs to run with the heavier buffer.
Since your using pistol gas I'd think you'd be ok. If it were me, I'd try running it first in pistol form to make sure that there are no issues before I had the muzzle device pinned and welded. This way you can make sure your subs and supers function (you failed to mention how you want to use it just kinda figuring you would). |
