First, it would be good for you to buy a manual like Hornady's Handbook of Cartridge Reloading 9th edition.
From that very tome (one of many in my reloading desk): 300-gr FTX with Lil'Gun 30.5-gr start (1500 fps) up to 38.8-gr max (1900 fps) @ 2.250" COL 500-gr FP-XTP with Lil'Gun 21.8-gr start (1100 fps) up to 28.1-gr max (1400 fps) @ 2.240" COL If you want further breakdown or some other powder info...buy the book.
