Hi guys
Just finished a 6.5 creedmoor and I love it. However, after putting about 400 rounds through it I have noticed that it is becoming more frequent that when the brass is ejecting often it will spin backwards and stay in the chamber not allowing the next round to hit home. I have an adjustable gas block and I have tried working with the adjustments but it doesn't seem to help. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I'm not exactly clear on your backwards spin description. If I understand you correctly: the fired round is extracted from the chamber, the bolt strips a fresh round from the magazine, and the spent casing is not fully ejected from the port?

If that's the case, the first thing I'd check is to make sure the ejector is operating properly. I'd use something pointy (like a bullet or the firing pin to depress it fully into the bolt multiple times to make sure it has adequate tension and that it operates smoothly. It should have a good amount of tension resisting depression, but it should be butter smooth.

If it's not, you may have a weak or broken spring, foreign object in there, or possibly a poorly machined or broken ejector, bolt, or ejector retaining pin. If it's not butter smooth, drift the retaining pin out, thourougly clean the spring, pin and ejector, and inspect it all for obvious wear or damage. If you don't see any, lube it up, reassemble, and see if it works any better. If it doesn't, I'd replace the ejector spring since I don't have any way to accurately determine if it's within specs.

If the bolt is traveling far enough to the rear to pick up a fresh round, it's likely not a gas problem.

What I meant about the brass spinning around in the chamber was that rather than eject it stays in the chamber facing backwards which only allows a partial pick up of the new round. I will check what you advised and with that I appreciate your help.

Check the ejector.

Then check the extractor.
