I am going to put a single stage trigger in my Windham 308, I have Timney triggers in most of my bolt guns, but I was wondering what else is out there? What do you have or recommend? Thanks!

I prefer the hiperfire triggers, specifically the 24E.  Adjustable pull weights, very crisp break, and almost no take up whatsoever.

I have tried most every single stage trigger out, the one I prefer over all others has been the JP trigger kit with their safety and captured trigger/hammer pin's

Geissele makes some amazing triggers. Read up on their Super 3 Gun. You won't be disappointed.

I've used the JP triggers for 12 years now.  Follow their instructions to the T and you will have a superb trigger.  With a speed hammer, it's an excellent trigger for both action shooting and long range.

Hyper-Fire also seems to be good.

If you want precision, I would avoid any fire control group that has a massive hammer on it, because of Pre Ignition Mass Displacement.

Sniper Magazine did a series of tests with several triggers, and the Alexander Arms trigger had the least or no perceptible Pre Ignition shift, followed by Geissele SSA and Hyper-Fire.
