| Anyone else having problems with the locking latch on their 308 switch rail? I have the Rainier branded version and the damn latch pops open after a few rounds. I have tightened it to factory recommended ft/pounds and it still does it, I tightened it a little more and tried a little less and it still pops open. It closes and locks up nice and tight, but when I bump the front of the latch even slightly it comes open. Anyone else have this issue? Rainier told me to talk to Fortis, but its been a week and they haven't returned my email or call. This makes it completely unusable since my entire front end can come falling off my rifle without notice. |
