I'm assuming they're 5/8-24? My boss wants me to put a brake his AR-10 and I'm unsure of the threads.

It probably is 5/8-24. If you want to verify; count how many threads are within an inch (either the amount of grooves between two points within an inch as the image depicts below, or can count the amount of points between two grooves within an inch), and then measure the diameter of the muzzle.

One more thing. It has a fixed rifle buttstock and he wants to go collapsible. I'm assuming a standard mil-spec buffer tube, buffer spring, and 308 carbine buffer are what he needs, correct? Or is it specific parts for the Armalite?

Edit: I'm just going to order the armalite collapsible stock kit off their website.

Armalite sold some Canadada contract barrels (uppers, rifles maybe?) that were 11/16" x something.  All others were 5/8" - 24TPI

If you use Armalite's collapsible stock kit, you're okay.
If you decide to get a mil spec 6 pos buffer tube, then you will need Slash's shortened buffer and spring.  (Armalite's AR10 carbine buffer is slightly longer than an AR15 buffer, so it uses a longer, proprietary buffer tube)

FYI, I've replaced alot of muzzle devices, and getting the (non-pinned) OEM device off my ar10C was a bitch.

I have seen people say this often.  I was worried about mine, but my A2 FH came off by me simply holding the rifle between my legs and using the proper-sized wrench.  I guess I got lucky.  Hopefully, the OP's boss doesn't run into too much trouble.

How is it possible for it to even be that tight? Once you get so tight the crush washer just...well...crushes lol. Unless they locktited it, which I've heard some morons actually do.
