Does anybody have any experience they could post (positive or negative) regarding what buffer setup they are using on their MaTen?
I am inclined to go with the Milspec tube with the DPMS LR308 Carbine buffer do to cost, but is there any reliability increase by using the Vltor system with the H3 buffer? |

Get a Slash buffer for your type of BCG and extension length along with a Armalite AR10 buffer spring. You will have to cut it down a few coils if you use a Car tube.
Really settles down the rifle and makes it pleasant to shoot compared to a AR15 spring and 2 weight stubby buffer. I have not run the VLTOR tube. |
