| I just picked up a bone stock DPMS ORACLE LR-308. im looking to deck it out. I will be putting on an A2 stock until I can afford a Magpul PRS stock, as well as a primary arms 4-16x44 scope and a JP bennie cooley muzzle brake. My question is what is the better handguard. Im stuck between the 12.5" samson rail and the DPMS LRT-SASS handguard. They are both the same length but im not sure which is better. I would like to have the ability to attach a bipod and vertical/AFG if I want. Plus I dont know what will look better on a 16" barrel. I need some pointers |

I love my new Samson keymod rail on the 7.62x39 upper that I just built. The upper feels really light compared to my DPMS Recon 5,56 upper. I might replace the quad rail that came on the Recon upper to a Samson later on.
I'm not sure why my pics aren't loading right from photo bucket, I don't have time to jack with it. Sorry

| Thanks for the pics and info guys. I just ordered a samson 15" and jp bennie cooley muzzle brake for the LR-308. Now Im thinking of getting a PRS stock, 18" barrel and a primary arms 4-16x44 scope. Not sure what to think about the scope though. I just cant be in myself to spend $300 or more on a scope again. The last one was a barska swat and it was good for a while and now the adjustments dont work on it. |
