I am looking at the PSA AR-10 lowers today and was debating getting it. I looked around and was basically weighing the option of building my own with PSA or getting something like a DPMS G2. Then I saw this:

That price is balling, considering it comes with a NiB BCG, an optimal 18" barrel, a 15" free float, and a nice comp. I don't mind waiting a while for it. What do you guys think? Good deal?

Definitely sounds good. I haven't heard of the company though. I'd either do some research on their products, service, warranty, etc. or if you have ordered from them before and trust them go for it.

ETA: 180 days!!! Wow. Hey all we have a company over here that ships slower than PSA!

I'm surprised you haven't heard of Ares. They get most of their popularity for 80% lowers (for AR-15s, Ar-10s, and 1911s), as well as some carriers. The shipping time is so long because I assume this is more of a pre-order and the price is low so they can get a lot of orders (which means lots of money to start production).

Customers who order the New AJAX Upper should be prepared to wait the full 180 days;

When has an ETA ever come in under the estimated time ?

6 months is a long time in the gun world with many obstacles in the way.

NOPE  Don't pay now for anything that may ship in 180 days.  500 backorders and boom - bankrupt.  Pay today, ship tomorrow is the only way to go.
