should a rifle length gas system have a adjustable gas block on a ar10 build?i built a ar10 last year using a barrel that carbine length gas and a standard steel block.it is a very picky gun with what ammo it will cycle .im not knowledgeable enough to know if it is over gassed, however it would double feed, ftf, etc.the lower is a factory carbine stock from cmmg.i want to start shooting it again however would really like it to run reliably.thanks

I started by 308 build with a non adjustable gas block. It worked very well for the my rifle.
That being said, I thought I was going to keep it that way till I used my suppressor...talking
about over gassed...not only can feel the buffer hitting the buffer tube a little harder, I can
also tell its over gassed because of all the extra smoke...hahaha.

I now have an adjustable gas block on the rifle...so as all my other rifles, including a 556
11.5 barrel and another 16 inch build...
