Hi the gas tube should be a std. Ar15 gas tube. Just remove handgards. And use a small punch to remove the gas tube roll pin. Then remove the gas tube.

Edit. What kind of rail do you have on the rifle?

13inch quad rail. Not sure how to get it off. I can get the outside nut loose and tge rail only spins a quarter turn. Feels like its hitting the gas tube.

I think it is a factory rail. Nevermind....got it off. Learned a ton about my rifle. Unfortunately the gas block adjustment is covered by the quad rail. Soon to be fixed. Ill get to it next time i get access to a drill press. Ill just drill through the rail. May even fab a decent dial.
