Hi guys
I have tons of questions on my build but now that I have most everything that I need I have another question. If down the road I wanted another AR10 caliber could I get a different caliber upper for my .308 lower and if so what kind of mods would i need to do to the lower for it to work. Could I switch to a 22-250? |

As long as it has a:
1) COL of ~ 2.800" 2) Has the same case head diameter as the .308 Win. 3) Runs at/less than 62K PSI. So, all .308 based cartridges will work just fine like the .243 Win., .260 Rem., 7mm-08, etc. Also in this group, 6.5mm CM, 6.5-284,.300 SAUM,.338 Federal, and a few others/wildcats... Good luck. |
