Hey,
I would like to get into shooting and reloading 50 Beowulf. I was going to pick up an upper from cabelas. My question is where do I find ammo or reloading supplies? I already reload 45 acp, 30-06, and .223. Does anyone have a source that is in stock? Or would you suggest I go for a different caliber. Thanks, Jester |

Every so often Cabelas will have the Rainier JHP ammo in stock but they only let you buy it 100 at a time. Midway had some once but it went quick and that was February. If you want that upper then you should buy it. They don't seem to stay in stock very long.
Everything on the AA web store is backordered with no eta. People have mentioned having been waiting 6 months with no hint as to delivery dates. |
| When I got my Beo Upper from AA, I asked about brass and reloading supplies. I was told that because I was buying an upper they would have the supplies I needed. I told them what I wanted, 1000 brass, case gauge, etc and I got it all on the same order. I waited 4 months for everything to show up. |

That pepper pot brake does nothing for recoil. I have that brake on a 16" Beo, and I can only take about 20 rounds of my 440 grain handloads before I am black and blue for a week. Look into the kings armory brake if you want to go that short. |
