built a 762x39 ar a while ago and after a few months of shooting i wanted to hear your opinions on this. i built this with a Shaw 16" barrel and a Adams Arms piston. heres the issue: Wolf, Yugo, and Brown Bear ( for the most part, and when the primer lights) all have enough oomph to cycle the weapon. but most other brands wont. is this the Ammo that doesnt have the power or is there something else. let me also throw in that i have a normal weighted buffer and have tried a few different springs from other AR's to see if that changes anything and it didnt. as far as i and others can tell the piston/gas block is alighned properly and there is no binding or dragging anywhere throughout the gun. thoughts on this? i can say that this is a very smooth shooting gun and very accurate.
= this is also a side topic, im about to order some more ammo. i know the yugo can cycle the gun fine, but how does the Golden Tiger stuff shoot?
