I believe they just became avialable.   I was looking into one a while ago but nobody knew when they would come out so I ended up buying an upper from Addax Tactical.

Here is a site that has them for sale now. http://www.tombstonetactical.com/catalog/bushmaster/magpul-308-moe-ml-308-16in-20rd-black/

It's an animal born from the mergers and acquisitions of Cerberus Capital Management, who own both Bushmaster and DPMS.  The Bushmaster version uses 4150 CMV, chrome-lined barrels for the standard rifles and carbines, and has a standard AR trigger guard, unlike the permanent DPMS trigger guard lowers.

What type of magazines does it take....Armalite, KAC patter / magpul, or proprietary?

I'm assuming KAC since its sort of a DPMS gun anyway.  It looks good...may need another .308.

The New Bushmaster 308's have had good reviews and mine has ran flawlessly.

Love my BM ORC and it takes PMAG 20 round 7.62X51 magazines. Only thing I didn't like was the original hand guards as they were wobbly as hell so I threw on a set of MAGPUL mid-length MOE ones to replace them....

Yes, the Pmags fit and work great. Fantastic rifle for the money.
