Anyone had any experiance with the AR-57 uppers? I was especialy concerned about the amount of or lack of recoil.
Looking at one for the wife. (she's sensitive to recoil)

No recoil really, just a little shaking from the heavy bolt. Mine is looking for a new home to fund some other projects, but they are alot of fun, great for kids and women.

I think the the AR 57 is outstanding! lots of fun to shoot, better now that ammo and mag prices are coming down.

I love mine! two of my best friends also have them , they are alot of fun.

I use mine as a home defense weapon. 50 rounds of no recoil ammo that can easily penetrate a vest. To bad its not full auto

Its great with the kids and wifes. It basically a .22 with a little more kick because of the bolt coming back. I have mine in a pistol configuration and easily manageable.
