[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Side Charging 308 upper

Can't seem to find anyone making a side charging 308 upper(Dpms based) I like the JP,only available as a complete rifle, because it appears to be manufactured as Side charging only(no rear charging handle cutouts)
I don't particularly care for the retrofits.
Seems if your going to make a side charger make it that way from the start,I know probably not that simple.
Thought maybe someone else had seen something or knew where JP gets theirs?

ASA makes a non-reciprocating 308 side charger, but I believe it is proprietary and only fits on their lower. I think have an accuracy guarantee, but I don't remember the details.

LWRC is side charging but apparently only fits there lower

Just a side note the CH on the REPR is similar to a FAL CH with the foward assist

Thanks guys,

The titan is just a regular upper cut for the side charger.( retrofit)

I talked to ASA & theirs would be perfect even though their proprietary, but they're based on the Armalite platform & I already have tons of DPMS mags

still looking.

The LWRC REPR upper will not fit on a DPMS lower but it will accept DPMS/SR-25 magazines like the LR-20 .308 p-mags.
