This build has been in progress for a long time now and things finally came together.

After building my RECCE I figured it would be appropriate to call it a RECCE-H

and a shot of the reprofiling from ADCO

Build is as follows

DPMS lower
DPMS upper
DPMS AP4 barrel reprofiled by ADCO
Fulton Armory BCG
KAC SR25 URX
MAGPUL UBR
KAC 200-600M micro BUIS
Geissele SSA
MIAD modded to fit right
Slash buffer
TA11J-308
Larue LT-100

thanks man and the best part is that it's a whole lot lighter than I expected.

I need to get some rounds down range Friday and see how it shoots.

Something like that is on my 2010 wishlist.  Very nice.

Looks good.  Did you do the URX install yourself or have ADCO do it?  I dropped a dime....or several thosand dimes and bought the KAC URX installation tools.  Have the parts, just need to build them up.

Thanks y'all and the guys at Lawmen's did the install for me.  I'm probably going to end up pick up a set of tools just because I like to service my own guns.

That rig is f-in sweet. Have you weighed her yet? Is it just a regular 16 incher from an AP4 redone by adco?  Im looking to do the same thing but with a 20" barrellfrom a 308c. Im hoping to cut it down to 18" and get it reprofiled by adco of course for some weight loss. How do you like the UBR? Once again, beautiful rig.

I had my 308C barrel reprofiled to .720 under the handguard by Adco a few weeks ago.  With a UBR and  DD12 it weighs 10.8 lbs.  This weight is with an E2D light in a Larue, 4 SCAR panels, a Troy BUIS, spare batteries, and several index clips.  In this setup, it balances at the front edge of the magwell (without mag).

It weighs 9.6 with an A2 stock,  BUIS, and nothing else.

Your rifle looks great!  How much does it weigh?  My build is a BEAST, freaking 13 lb's, not the field gun I was hoping for.

Thats a fine tool you got there. maybe the nicest looking .308 carbine build I've seen. Now please send it to me for evaluation.

Thats a very nice stick.   How do you like that URX?   Why that over SWS or DD or whatever?

I am not sure which rail I like best, I just know KAC is $$$.
