Love it....I have one and it is a very fun gun to shoot.....especially with a modified mag as a brass catcher.

Very fast from target to target. low recoil, but still hits pretty hard at closer ranges. It is definetly a keeper in my collection.

Love mine also, especially suppressed.

How much brass will the modified mags hold?

I have never ran a whole 50rd mag without doing a brass dump in the middle of the mag run.....but I think it will hold 50. I have some empty brass, so I can check.

I have only ran about 150 rounds through my gun, which consisted of 3 range trips......50 rounds last a long time if you aren't just burning ammo.

I will check, but I am sure all 50 will fit in the mag.

I added 50 spent cases to the brass catching mag and ther was still about 1" or so of empty mag on the top, so it would maybe hold 60-65 rounds....but I wouldn't trust it after 50.

Wow, those are beutiful guys, much nicer than mine.

My anecdotal evidence shows a hollowed out 30 round traditional ar mag can hold 58 5.7 cases.

I've got about 300 rounds through mine, not a single failure yet, the blow back operation seems very reliable.

My mini-range stretches to about 90 yards, so far my 10 shot groups have been roughly fist sized. I'm VERY impressed with the accuracy.
How about you other AR57 owners? Have you found the gun to be minute of angle accurate?

Mine is MOA accurate if shot off sandbags or a bipod.  My brass catchers made of old Orlite mags will hold 60 empty casings comfortably with 70 casings being the max.  When you get up to 70 the case mouths start to dent.  I just empty my brass catcher every time I do a mag change.  If I am shooting at an indoor range where you do not have the ability to shoot-N-scoot then I just put a bucket at my feet and the empties police themselves.
