Looking for some recommendations for a quality lower (complete, not stripped) that I could use with some of the AR variant uppers currently on the market.  Specifically:

Rock River .458 SOCOM
&
AR-57  5.7x28

My thought is to have a "work horse" lower that I could periodically swap out the upper on when the mood strikes me.  I'm interested in a complete factory lower, not building one from scratch.  It would need to be of reasonably high quality and be able to stand up to a lot of use/swapping back and forth.

Thanks for any insights.

There are tons of choices.  How much do you want to spend?

Lowers are similar from most maufactors if you are getting the same componets in each.  I guess the real question is what trigger group do you want, and what stock do you want.  If you want a standard stock and trigger, they are all very similar.  Then try to find a vendor that offers offers that,   Some vendors will install those parts for a small fee or include it.  I've just done mine myself since its a simple task.
