Looking for some recommendations for a quality lower (complete, not stripped) that I could use with some of the AR variant uppers currently on the market. Specifically:
Rock River .458 SOCOM & AR-57 5.7x28 My thought is to have a "work horse" lower that I could periodically swap out the upper on when the mood strikes me. I'm interested in a complete factory lower, not building one from scratch. It would need to be of reasonably high quality and be able to stand up to a lot of use/swapping back and forth. Thanks for any insights. |
| Lowers are similar from most maufactors if you are getting the same componets in each. I guess the real question is what trigger group do you want, and what stock do you want. If you want a standard stock and trigger, they are all very similar. Then try to find a vendor that offers offers that, Some vendors will install those parts for a small fee or include it. I've just done mine myself since its a simple task. |
